Out back: a private heated pool and hot tub, an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and a Big Green Egg XL, and a waterfront yard and dock on an active boating channel, perfect for paddleboarding and kayaking. A 6-seat street-legal golf cart is included (waiver required).
Coffee on the dock while the boats go by, then paddle out.
Hop in the golf cart and head to the sand at Indian Rocks Beach.
